How we vet recipient partners
We believe in accountability and integrity when it comes to our partnerships. To ensure that your donations are making a meaningful impact, we seek out nonprofits that are contracted with Area Agencies on Aging, compliant with the Older Americans Act Title III-C nutrition standards, and are part of the Meals on Wheels America network. These criteria help guarantee that funds are directed towards organizations that meet federal and state accountability standards, have no or short waiting lists, and can effectively deliver services to those who need them most.
How proceeds flow
After covering necessary towing and processing costs, approximately 70-80% of gross sales proceeds from your vehicle donation are allocated directly to support our partner programs.
