Arizona Property Tax Deferral Program
The Arizona Property Tax Deferral program helps older homeowners who need help paying their property taxes by allowing you to delay paying your property taxes until a later time, such as when the home is sold or ownership changes. You will still need to pay the full amount later, but this program gives you more time.

Arizona Widows/Widowers and Disabled Persons Property Tax Exemptions
This program gives you a property tax exemption (tax break) that can help you lower your property tax bill. You can take part in this program if you are a homeowner, you have limited income, and you are widowed or you have a disability.

Arizona Senior Property Valuation Protection Option (Senior Freeze)
This program "freezes" the assessed (taxable) value of your home, mobile home, and up to 10 acres of land. You may get help from this program if you are a homeowner, you are 65 years of age or older, and you have limited income.
